In this post, we will discuss the latest Airman Jobs announced in the different branches of Pakistan Airforce (PAF)

Introduction: 

Pakistan Airforce (PAF) is the aerial warfare branch of Pakistan Armed Forces. It is one of the most advanced and capable Airforces of the world. Its Headquarters are located in Islamabad. PAF played a vital role in the Wars of 1948, 1965, 1971 and Indo-Pak Military Standoffs of 2019 and 2025. PAF offers jobs to the Pakistanis every year (commissioned and non-commissioned).

Marital Status: Single

Gender: Male citizens of Pakistan

Eyesight: 6/6

(1) Aerotrades:

Age: 15 1/2 to 20 years as on 29 December 2025.

Height: 163cm to 188cm

Eduction:

• Matric Science with atleast 65% marks
• Minimum 65% marks in Physics, Maths, Chemistry & English

(2) Physical Fitness & Drill Instructor (PF&DI):

Age: 16 1/2 to 21 years as on 29 December 2025.

Height: 178cm to 188cm

Eduction:

• Matric Science with atleast 65% marks
• Minimum 60% marks in Physics, Maths & Chemistry 
• Minimum 65% marks in English

(3) Security:

Age: 17 1/2 to 21 years as on 29 December 2025.

Height: 175cm to 188cm

Eduction:

• Matric Science with atleast 65% marks
• Minimum 60% marks in English

(4) Mechanical Transport Driver (MTD):

Age: 

• 17 1/2 to 21 years as on 29 December 2025
• 18 to 23 years for LTV/HTV license holders

Height: 168cm to 188cm

Eduction:

• Matric Science with atleast 65% marks
• Minimum 60% marks in Physics, Maths & Chemistry 
• Minimum 65% marks in English

(5) Fire Fighter:

Age:

• 17 1/2 to 21 years as on 29 December 2025
• 18 to 23 years for LTV/HTV license holders

Height: 168cm to 188cm

Eduction:

• Matric Science with atleast 65% marks
• Minimum 60% marks in Physics, Maths, Chemistry & English
• LTV/HTV license holders will be preferred

(6) Medical Assistant:

Age: 16 1/2 to 20 years as on 29 December 2025.

Height: 163cm to 188cm

Eduction:

• Matric Science with atleast 70% marks
• Minimum 70% marks in Biology
• Minimum 65% marks in Physics, Chemistry & English

Relaxation for Rural Areas/KPK (FATA)/Gilgit Baltistan/Balochistan:

• Candidates from designated Rural Areas of Pakistan & Azad Jammu & Kashmir who have passed Matric Science with minimum 50% marks and English with minimum 40% marks from any school of their area are eligible to apply in any above mentioned trade of PAF
• Candidates from KPK(FATA), Gilgit Baltistan and Balochistan (Including Quetta) who have passed Matric Science with minimum 50% marks and English with minimum 40% marks from any school of their area are eligible to apply in any above mentioned trade of PAF

Note:

• Children of PAF's serving or retired personnels will bring Ward Certificates/Discharge Book on the day of test and will register it during verification of credentials. It will not be registered later
• Those who have passed Matric exams in 2022 or beofre will have to bring Original Matric Certificate/Sanad along with other documents
• Candidates who have passed intermediate and have 60% marks in English in matric or intermediate are also eligible to apply
• Those candidates who have appeared in January/February 2025 for the post of PF&DI are not eligible to apply in this phase of recruitment

Selection Process:

• Initial Computerized Test (Intelligence+Academic)
• Initial Medical
• Initial Interview
• Physical Test
• Personality Test
• Interviews by Air Headquarter Selection Board at the selection centres
• Finally selected candidates on the merit basis will be sent to Kohat for training

Initial Medical Test:

• Height Measurement
• Chest Measurement
• Weight Measurement
• Eyesight
• Colour blindness
• Flat Feet
• Knee Knocking
• Carrying Angle

Physical Test:

• 1.6km (1mile) running in 08 minutes
• 15 Pushups in 02 minutes
• 20 Reachups in 02 minutes
• 03 chinups in 02 minutes
