Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority has been established by the Government of the Punjab through enactment of the Punjab Enforcement and Regulation Act 2024, as an autonomous body under the S&GAD, with an aim to streamline enforcement and regulatory functions across Punjab.

Place of Posting:

One in each station of PERA across Punjab.

Eligibiliy Criteria & Pay Package:

1. Bachelors in Law (3 or 5 years) or equivalent from any HEC recognized university.
2. 05 years experience as an advocate
3. SPPP-5 + any other benefit admissible as per PERA (Appointment & Conditions of Service for Contractual Employees) Regulations, 2025.

Age:

Minimum 22 years.

Job Type:

On contract basis for a period of 3 years contract ( extendable on satisfactory performance)
