Bachelor (Undergraduate) — high school completion (secondary school diploma), strong academic record, transcript, standardized test results (if required by program), personal statement, letters of recommendation, and evidence of English proficiency or MOI (see English section).
Master’s — recognized Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), academic transcripts, CV, motivation / statement of purpose, 2 references (academic preferred), relevant test scores or portfolio if required, and English proficiency or MOI.
Doctoral (PhD) — Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field, academic transcripts, CV, detailed research proposal, at least two academic references, writing sample, and proof of English ability or MOI; competitive applicants often demonstrate research experience and publications.

English Language Requirements & MOI Exemption
CEU requires proof of English proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE or equivalent) unless previous study was fully in English. Medium of Instruction (MOI) exemption: some programs waive this if you provide an official MOI certificate from your previous university confirming instruction in English.
