Introduction:

Commonwealth Professional Fellowships are for mid-career professionals from low and middle income countries to spend a period of time at a UK host organisation working in their sector for a programme of professional development. Its main purpose is to provide professionals with the opportunity to enhance knowledge and skills in their given sector, and to have catalytic effects on their workplaces.

Eligibility Criteria:

• An Applicant should be a citizen of or have been granted refugee status by an eligible Commonwealth country, or be a British Protected Person
• Should be a permanent resident of a commonwealth country
• Should have at least five years’ full-time, or equivalent part-time, relevant work experience, in a profession related to the subject of the fellowship programme
• Should be an employee of an organization at the time for applying in this program and should return to that organization after completion of program
• 2 references needs to be provided, one must be from current organization
• Should not have taken previously this program in the last 05 years
• Not be seeking to undertake an academic programme of research or study.

Stipend & Benefits:

• VISA application fee reimbursement
• Free Air Ticket from your country to UK
• Arrival Allownace of  1183.20 Euros
• Monthly Stipend of 2104 Euros for fellows outside London
• Monthly Stipend of 2612 Euros for fellows in London Metropolitan Area
• For Disable fellows, additional support will be provided
• Support grant of upto 3000 Euros by Host Institution for Administration
