In this post, we will discuss the latest civilian jobs announced in the Pakistan Navy.

Introduction:

Pakistan Navy is a four dimensional force working under the Ministry of Defence of Pakistan and is sea warfare branch of Pakistan Armed Forces. Pakistan Navy recruits uniform personnels as well as civilians to meet the desired targets. Civilians are working along with armed personnel in every unit either it is land based or ships. Here Pakistan Navy has once again annouced positions for civilians to join Pakistan Navy in different departments and branches.

Available Positions:

Vacancies are announced for three locations, here we will discuss all of them one by one

(1) Naval Headquarters (Higher Formation):

• Assistant (BPS-15): 71 Positions (Male/Female)
• Stenotypist (BPS-14): 07 Positions (Male/Female)
• UDC (BPS-13): 42 Positions (Male/Female)
• LDC (BPS-11): 74 Positions (Male/Female)

Age as on 31st March 2026: 18-30 years for all positions except Assistant

(2) Pakistan Navy Civilian Authority (PNCA) Industrial/Technical Staff Lower Formation:

• Civil Apprentice (BPS-07): 50 Positions (Male)

Age as on 31st March 2026: 15-19 years

(3) Pakistan Navy Civilian Authority (PNCA) Non-Industrial Staff Lower Formation:

• Stenotypist (BPS-14): 13 Positions (Male/Female)
• Upper Division Clerk UDC (BPS-13): 09 Positions (Male/Female)
• Lower Division Clerk LDC (BPS-11): 109 Positions (Male/Female)
• Storeman (BPS-07): 18 Positions: 18 Positions (Male)
• Tendel of Labourer (BPS-05): 37 Positions (Male)
• Skilled (BPS-04): 68 Positions (Male)

Age as on 31st March 2026: 18-30 years

Education/Experience:

(1) Assistant (BPS-15):

1. Minimum Bachelors degree
2. It is mandatory to complete 06 weeks NITB Basic Computer including MS Office course            during first year of service
3. Experts in typing will be preferred
4. Interview

(2) Stenotypist (BPS-14):

1. Minimum Intermediate
2. 80 words per minute short hand speed
3. Typing speed of more than 40 words per minute
4. Should be expert in computer
5. Interview

(3) Upper Division Clerk (BPS-13):

1. Minimum Intermediate
2. It is mandatory to complete 03 weeks NITB Basic Computer including MS Office course during first year of service
3. Interview

(4) Lower Division Clerk (BPS-11):

1. Minimum Matric
2. Typing speed of minimum 30 words per minute
3. Typing test will be conducted on computer
4. It is mandatory to complete 03 weeks NITB Basic Computer including MS Office course during first year of service
5. Interview

(5) Civil Apprentice:

1. Matric Science with minimum 55% marks (45% for Balochistan)
2. 03 years apprenticeship and 08 years bond period

(6) Storeman (BPS-07):

1. Minimum Matric
2. Candidate having post qualification experience in the relevant trade will be preferred
3. Interview

(7) Tendel of Labourer (BPS-05):

1. Matric Science with minimum 50% marks
2. One year certified course in any relevant technology from a recognized institute
3. Two years of experience in the relevant field

(8) Skilled (BPS-04):

1. Matric Science with minimum 50% marks
2. Six months certified course from any recognized institute
3. Two years of experience in the relevant field
